Bond & Payment
All bonds will be held by Pan e Antipasti until the safe return or pickup of all products in the same condition as was hired out to the client minus any reasonable wear and tear. All bonds will then be returned to the client minus any fee incurred either due to breakage/or damage fee. The amount of bond held will be $150 for the hiring of goods. which will be given in cash and will be returned in the same manner.
To secure the booking date for an event or products to be hired by the Client, the client agrees to place a 50% deposit with Pan e Antipasti. Payment can be made via direct transfer or PayPal.
The Security deposit is non-refundable and can be used as a credit.
Photos
The Client consents to allow the Hirer all advertising or artistic showing of any photos given to the Hirer whether for profit or not.
Cancellations
SPECIAL PROVISIONS DUE TO GOVERNMENT ENFORCEMENT
1. In a situation where the Australia Government of Australia and/or NSW Government cease the ability to carry out an event, for example, Acts of God meaning “Events outside human control such as flash flooding, earthquakes, virus’s enforcing lockdowns and other natural disasters”, Pan e Antipasti do advise our standard non-refunding deposits are still in place but work with clients to ensure that they still have their special event. Pan e Antipasti will use your deposit to move your date to your NEW chosen date and work with you depending on the laws and regulations at the time of the event.
2. No Refunds for cancelled events due to COVID 19 will be issued. A credit note will be provided for a 12-month period and be used to move to the new date.
Insurance
Once products have been delivered/received the Client assumes all responsibilities and liabilities until they have been collected by the Hirer.
The Client is responsible for maintaining all appropriate policies of insurance, covering liability, property and casualty insurances in amounts necessary to fully protect the Hirer and their products against all claims, loss or damage.
Pan e Antipasti is not responsible for any injury that may occur to persons over the hire period or thereafter due to any products supplied by the Hirer whether through payment or otherwise.
Loss or Damages
All products supplied by Pan e Antipasti shall always be deemed owned by the hirer.n All products are supplied to the client on the bases of reasonable use within the advertised context.
Should any product/s become lost, stolen or damaged when in possession of the Client, the Client shall immediately notify the Hirer? The Client agrees to pay for all products lost, destroyed, stolen, damaged or not returned to the Hirer. All costs will be paid to the Hirer based on the current pricing and availability of the products on the market. Should no equal product be found by the Hirer then the Client shall reimburse the Hirer the cost in cash or bank transfer at the cost said by the Hirer.
All reimbursements shall be paid within 48hrs of the drop off of all products and may be subject to a late fee/extension fee if overdue.
Hire Period
For all products hired out to the client the hire period is set out as followed;
*Client pickup & Delivery*: Address will be provided upon request and receipt of deposit. Delivery Costs are $75 within a 5km radius and $150 outside those areas.
Goods must be returned by the next working day.
*Late Fee/Extension Fee*: A cost will be incurred to wit 10% of the hiring cost for every day the products have not been returned. This sum will be taken from the bond received by Pan e Antipasti from the clients for the products. i.e. $100.00 hiring cost, at 10% will result in a $10.00 late fee very day after the drop-off.
For all products hired out to the client the hire period is set out as followed;
